

Eyelash Extension Care & Guidance
Pre-treatment

Eyelash extension's can not take place if you are pregnant or suffer firm any of the following conditions: Conjunctivitis, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Styes, Alopecia, Blepharitis or are undergoing chemotherapy.

You can not have eyelash extensions if you have had an eye operation within the last 6 months this includes laser eye surgery.

Do not wear contact lens’ to your appointment, or directly after. If you wear glasses please bring these with you so we can make sure there is room for you lashes to grow.

Please remain mascara free for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Do not wear any eye make up to your appointment as it may affect the adhesion and treatment time.

If you have very fair eyelashes your natural lash may have to be tinted prior to lash application.

Please note this treatment may not be suitable for any persons suffering from neck problems or claustrophobia. Please contact to discuss if you think this may affect your treatment.
Aftercare

Do NOT sauna, shower, swim or sweat for 24 hours after application. Your lashes need to remain dry and steam free. Be careful if you open that oven!!

Only apply mascara that is designed for extensions.

Do not use ANY mascara on volume lashes.

Use liquid top liners rather than oily pencils and creams. Try and avoid oily cream eye shadows.

Use a non oily make up remover with the brush you are given to remove all eye make up.

DO NOT use wet wipes or face wipes lint can become stuck in your extensions!

Clean lashes with the brush you are given, a minimum of every two days but preferably daily with baby shampoo or lash foam cleanser. Emoliants, oils and creams are the glues worst enemy so use sparingly and avoid the eye area.

Do not perm eyelashes while extensions are on and do not use mechanical eyelash curlers.

Lash extensions require infills every 2-3 weeks depending on individual lash cycles. Please bring your cleaning brush to each appointment and remove any eye make up prior to treatment.

Should any redness or swelling occur apply a cold compress and contact us. If symptons are severe please seek medical advice. If any redness occurs after your treatment apply a damp compress to soothe the area. Contact if concerned or alternatively seek medical advice.
